摘要
根据人才市场的需求及其变化,以提高学生适应就业需要的素质和能力为目标,开展全程性、全方位的就业教育,体现了大众化背景下高等教育市场化的特征。地方高等学校要以强化就业教育为契机,积极应对高等教育大众化的挑战,开展自身教育理念、教育机制和内涵的变革与创新。
Developing whole project, omnibearing career education which base on the needs and change of the personnel market and target on promoting the career ablity of students represents the feature of marketing higher education at a popular background. Local colleges should grasp the chance of strengthening career education and face the challenge from universal higher education to develop the reformation and innovation of educational ideas, mechanism and connotation.
