摘要
翻译原则不能等同于翻译标准,它是对于翻译整个过程的导向,具体而言,是指导译者如何选择翻译材料、如何理解源语文本意义、又如何构建译语文本。本文认为翻译的基本原则应该是选材适当,理解合理,译文得体。
Principles of translation, not the same as criteria, aim to guide a whole process of translation, i. e, to guide a translator how to choose proper translating materials, how to have a rational cognition of source language and how to construct a decent version of targeted language. The paper has concluded three foundamental principles of translation, i. e, proper choices, rational cognition and decent versions.
