细纱工序应用新型隔距块的体会

Some feeling in use of new type gauge in spinning process

在FA506A型细纱机上,分别采用带压力棒隔距块和普通隔距块纺制JC 14.5 tex纱,试验结果表明:压力棒隔距块对降低条干CV值、+20%棉结和CVb值效果明显。文中还给出了带压力棒隔距块的使用方法和注意事项。

Spinning of JC 14.5 tex yarn by use of normal gauge and gauge with pressure bar on FAS06A spinning frame is tested. The test result discloses that the use of gauge with pressure bar has obvious reduction of CV value of sliver, ＋ 20 % neps and CV b value. The method and attentions in properly use of the gauge with pressure bar are also given in this paper.
