纳米羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷体外急性溶血性与致敏性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过急性溶血实验和致敏实验进一步评价纳米羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷的生物安全性。方法按照复合陶瓷不同体积组成比分组,参照ISO/TR7405-84(E)的实验方法进行溶血实验;以健康成年的白化豚鼠为实验动物,按照诱导阶段、激发阶段和动物观察的顺序进行致敏实验,按评分标准评价红斑和水肿反应程度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果不同体积组成比例的纳米羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷无溶血反应,各组纳米羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷均无皮肤致敏作用。结论纳米羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷生物安全性好,其生物活性还有待体内实验进一步证实。 Objective To evaluate the biological safety of the nano-hydroxyapitite-zirconia ceramics by in vitro acute hemolysis and skin sensitization tests. Methods Four groups were formed based on the component ratio of hydroxyapitite and zirconia in the nano-hydroxyapitite-zirconia ceramics. The acute hemolysis test was carried out according to ISO/TR 7405-84 (E). The skin sensitization test was performed on guinea pig, which was conducted in initial induction, challenge and observation phases. Results The nano-hydroxyapitite-zirconia ceramics showed no hemolysis and skin sensitization reaction. Conclusion The nano-hydroxyapitite-zirconia ceramics appeared biologically safe, though its biocompatibility still needs to be studied via in vivo tests.
