摘要
从篇章结构和修辞特征两方面展开对小说《红字》的文体分析研究。在对篇章结构分析时,为了突破文体学在小说分析上的局限,借鉴了叙述学的"叙述方式"、"视角"等概念,关注了该作品对故事事件进行的艺术性安排。
By now the research about Hawthorne and The Scarlet Letter is mainly conducted from social background or the point of literature, while this paper serves as a stylistic analysis of The Scarlet Letter, and approaches the novel more objectively with the use of linguistics.
