摘要
旅游企业是人员密集型企业,它的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,而人员优化是其竞争能否取胜的关键。对此,我们应从人员结构优化和人员素质优化两个方面完成这项工作。
Tourist enterprises are human- resources intensive, and as we all know, the competition among such enterprises is virtually the competition of attracting talented people. Therefore, optimizing personnel structure and improving personnel competence become two key points.
