Teaching Russian as the second foreign language is faced with a series of problems including： students lack of interest, insufficient teaching hours, and heavy tasks etc. As a result, it is necessary to find a new teaching approach to solve these problems and enhance students＇ understanding of a different culture. In this article, the author oilers an English - Russian ＂ comparison/migration＂ teaching method which proves to be effective.
