An Analysis on Rural Land Property Rights System in our Country

农地产权制度是农村土地制度的核心,界定了不同主体相对于农地时的各项权力和责任,决定了不同主体的受益和受损情况。随着我国经济的增长和城市化、市场化进程的加速推进,对农地产权制度的供给及其功能提出了新的特殊的要求。本文分析了我国的农地产权制度的现状和存在的问题,对农地产权制度改革提出了建议。

Rural land property rights system is the most paramount system, which definite explicitly the rural land powers and duties of different people, decides whether he or she will benefit or be responsible for the land. Currently, going with the development of e- conomy, our country is accelerating the urbanizationandsocialism market economy system. Alhhese have caused special demand on supply of rural land property rights systemreform and its functions. Thispaper analyses the present situation of the rural land property rights system, thengives some suggestionsto reform.
