摘要
本文阐述了图书馆知识转移的内涵、特征,分析了图书馆知识转移必须具备的基本因素及障碍,并且有针对性地提出了图书馆知识转移的若干对策。
The paper focuses on explaining the connotation and features of library＇ s knowledge transfer, analysing the basic condition and barrier for the library＇s knowledge transferring and proposing some countermeasures on the library＇s knowledge transfer.
