摘要
综述并分析了宜昌磷资源赋存特征,提出了适宜的选矿工艺。宜昌磷矿上贫矿采用单一的反浮选脱除白云石,下贫矿采用直接浮选或者重介质预选与浮选相结合。混合型高硅高镁的磷块岩矿石的选别工艺是正反浮选,低硅高镁的磷块岩为单一或双反浮选。重介质选矿只能作为预选作业提高原矿的品位,有利于后续的选矿作业。
Based on review and analysis on occurrence characteristic of phosphate rock resources of Yichang, the feasible beneficiation is adopted to process a mid - low grade collophanite ore. Reverse flotation process to remove magnesium is used to separate phosphate rock of Yichang Ph1^3 -1(upper lowgrade seam). Direct flotation process or gravity separation joining up with flotation is used to separate phosphate rock of Yichang Ph1^3-1 (underlying low - grade seam). Direct - reverse flotation technology is used to separate mix phosphate rock with high content of magnesium and silicon. Single or double reverse flotation technology is used to separate phosphate rock with high content of magnesium and low content of silicon. Gravity separation is the preelection to improve the grade of collophanite ore, which is propitious for the next flotation.
