摘要
在普通高铬铸铁的基础上,研制了一种用于制造螺旋分级机小叶片的高合金耐磨铸铁材料。对材料的金相组织和力学性能进行了测试分析。实际生产应用试验表明:新型高合金耐磨铸铁抗磨性优良,性价比高。用于制作小叶片,使用寿命可达到普通白口铸铁的九倍以上。
Based on the ordinary high chromium cast iron foundation, designed one kind of high alloy abrasion-resisting cast iron material which is used to make the lining iron of the screw grader. Analysis of the material microscopic organization and the performance indicate that the results are ideal. Through production experiment, we find that new high alloy abrasion-resisting cast iron lining irons of screw grader work nine times longer than ordinary lining irons.
