摘要
本文针对预焙铝电解槽特殊作业附加电压这一技术问题,在理论分析的基础上,通过工业试验进行了研究。指出在大型预焙铝电解生产中,取消出铝附加电压、适度降低换极附加电压、缩短附加电压持续时间是完全可行的,不影响电解槽的平稳运行和技术经济指标。
This paper describes additional voltage of special operations in prebake aluminum electrolysis cells. Through industrial experiment and theoretical research, we point out abolish additional voltage in taking out aluminum and moderately lower additional voltage of exchange electrode process in large pre-bake aluminum electrolysis cells production. Simultaneity, reduce the presence time of additional voltage are practicable, which can not affect the stabilizing and technical and economic indexes of aluminum electrolysis cells.
