摘要
建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的公矿自卸汽车车架有限元分析模型,应用NASTRAN有限元分析软件计算了该车架在自由状态下的模态参数;进行了模态试验,提取模态参数。计算结果与试验结果对比分析表明,所建立的有限元模型和分析方法是可行的,可为分析车架在工作状态下的动态特性及车架结构的进一步改进提供依据。
It uses FEA to build the model of frame of mining dump truck vehicle, then, a general finite element analysis software NASTRAN is used to calculate the free vibration modal parameters. The modal test is completed and the modal parameter of the frame is gained. The comparisons between simulation results and the results obtained from experimental modal analysis confirm that the FEM model is reliable and the model could be used to improve the design of the frame.
