企业遭遇反倾销调查实例

A CASE STUDY OF ANTI-DUMPING INVESTIGATION ON ENTERPRISE

我国是钨资源大国,也是在亚弧焊接中已得到广泛应用的钨电极产品的出口大国。北京矿冶研究总院是中国钨电极行业对欧盟出口额最大的一家。在业务蒸蒸日上的时候,突然遭遇了欧盟的反倾销调查。本文从企业的视角,忠实地反映了企业遭遇反倾销调查的前前后后,企业的决策过程和对应措施,及最终的结果和思考等。在中国企业不断扩大出口,不断占领和蚕食国外市场的情况下,贸易摩擦和贸易争端不断发生。每个行业,每个出口企业都有可能遭遇到反倾销调查之类的贸易摩擦。本文的案例,对高速成长,不断扩大出口市场的中国出口企业具有一定的借鉴作用。

China is a country with rich resource of tungsten and the biggest exporting country of tungsten electrodes widely applied in the TIG welding in the world. BGRIMM is the No. 1 exporter among all the Chinese tungsten electrodes exporters. When the business is growing with good prospect, BGRIMM unexpectedly encountered the anti-dumping investigation by European Union. From the point view of enterprise, the paper faithfully reflects the reality of the enterprise＇ situation during the anti-dumping investigation and the decisionmaking process. The counter-measures and the final result as well as the consequent influence have also been presented in this paper. When Chinese enterprises are continuously expanding their export and aggressively capturing international market, trade dispute occurs frequently as a result. Every industry and every exporting enterprise is possible to meet trade disputes like anti-dumping investigation. The case in this paper can provide some useful advice to the Chinese export enterprises with fast growth rate and increasingly more international market share.
