对比国内外钢丝绳产品,从制造钢丝绳原料的化学成分、金相组织,钢丝拉拔、热处理工艺及设备,钢丝绳设计、生产控制及使用维护等方面,阐述国产钢丝绳质量不稳定的因素,指出国内钢丝绳制造厂家应加强钢丝绳配套设备的研究,尽快缩小与国外钢丝绳产品的差距。

Comparing wire rope products at home and abroad, from such aspects as chemical composition and microstructure of raw material, wire drawing, heat treatment process and equipment of steel wire, design, production control and use maintenance of wire rope, unsteadiness quality factors of wire rope at home are set forth. It is pointed out that enterprises of wire rope at home should strengthen match research between wire rope and supporting equipment in order to shorten the differences of wire rope between at home and abroad.
