我院出院带药新的工作模式

New Working Mode for Those to be Discharged with Medicine in our Hospital.

目的借助“军卫一号”系统工程临床医生工作站的补丁程序，实现出院带药电子处方工作模式。减轻工作负担，减少人为因素造成差错和漏收费现象。方法临床医生工作站开出院带药医嘱，打印电子处方；药房工作站形成待发药处方医嘱准备药品；住院审核收费工作站形成计价带药医嘱及电子处方，三个工作站相互连通。结果通过“军卫一号”临床医生工作站的补丁程序，减少了护士到药房送出院带药处方和药房根据处方内容进行处方录入等环节；不仅提高了各环节的工作效率，而且减少了处方录入过程中的差错。结论运用“军卫一号”临床医生工作站的补丁程序，实现出院带药电子处方模式，由医生在病区内解决所有出院带药问题，值得推广应用。

Objective To realize the working mode of doctors giving electronic prescriptions for those to be discharged with medicines by means of the patch programming of ＂Military Health No.1＂ System at doctors＇ stations so as to lessen the working burden and reduce the errors created by man. Methods Doctors give electronic prescriptions for those to be discharged with medicines at doctors＇ stations and print the prescriptions, electronic prescriptions are received at pharmacy station and preparations for the medicines will be made, the electronic prescriptions are also received and audited at in-patient auditing station. All the three stations are connected by ＂Military Health No.1＂ System. Results By means of the patch programming of ＂Military Health No.1＂ System at doctors＇ stations, such steps as nurses take prescriptions for those to be discharged with medicine to pharmacy and the prescriptions are typed on the computer at the pharmacy station are eliminated and errors are avoided while typing prescriptions. Conclusion Doctors can solve all the problems of being discharged with medicines at the doctors＇ stations, so the new mode of giving electronic prescriptions for those to be discharged with medicine by means of the patch programming of ＂Military Health No.l＂ system at doctors＇ stations is proved to be better than the original mode and worth disseminating and applying.
