摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法、数理统计法,对高校体育教育专业学生体操教学的现状和教学思路进行探讨,分析了体育教育专业体操课程教学内容的优化整合,提出了体操课程教学内容选择应以体现社会发展和学生的需要为前提,以培养学生体操综合能力为核心,重视加强对学生实践能力和创新精神的培养,构建以健身体操为主的体操教学内容体系。
By means of data analysis, interviews with experts, questionnaire, logical analysis, and mathematical statistics, a research of status quo and the gymnastics teaching of P.E. education majors has been carried. It an- alyzes the optimization of the content of gyltmastics course of P.E. education, and puts forward that a choice of teaching content of gyltmastics course should be based on the demands of social development and the stu- dents. It views the development of gymnastic comprehensive abilities of the students as the core, emphasizes the importance of the training of the practical ability and innovation spirit of the students, and sets up a gym- nastics teaching content system which is mainly about the workout gymnastics.
