主辅内容相结合的体育教学模式研究

摘要 主辅内容相结合的体育教学模式不仅遵循了大学生身心发展规律和兴趣爱好,有效缓解了各高校体育教学资源不足的实际问题,适应了高校体育教学改革的客观要求,而且有利于培养大学生体育学习的兴趣,提高其体育能力,促使其身心全面发展,还有助于提高体育教师业务能力。对体育选项课教学模式进行研究,可为当前各普通高校实施体育选项课提供一个可供参考与借鉴的范式,促使体育选项课的良性运行和可持续健康发展。 The major-minor combination physical education teaching mode not only follows the physical and mental development and the interest of academician, relieves the absence of teaching resource, adapts physical education teaching innovator, but also serves the cultivation of interest for PE and enhances his sports ability and full scale development of body and mind. On the other hand, this teaching mode is helpful to enhance the gym teacher professional ability. The study of sports option class educational model can provide a paradigm for other universities and can urge the sports option class the benign movement and the sustainable health development.
