十八胺改性环氧树脂研究

摘要 通过冲击试验机、热变性仪、硬度计、动态力学分析仪、热重分析仪等仪器研究了十八胺对环氧树脂固化物性能的影响,研究发现十八胺可以提高环氧树脂酸酐固化物的耐冲击性能、硬度改变较小、热变性温度降低。 This article has studied the properties of epoxy resin modified with the stearamine. The properties of modified resin containing various amount of stearamine and curing agent were measured by impact tests, thermal deformation under load tests ,shore hardness tests ,DMA and TG .It was observed that the shore hardness and thermal deformation temperature slowly decrease with the stearamine content and form a wave crest with the increasing curing agent. However, the impact strength gradually increases with increasing stearamine concentration, attains a maximum and then decreases. The best formulation was found out, acquiring the biggest impact strength and the better heat stability.
