摘要
多项动力凸轮升程函数的项数,应根据内燃机配气机构的运动要求寻找独立的边界条件来确定。本文给出八个独立的边界条件,从而确立了凸轮升程函数为八项式。对于每一项的指数,则采用对气门运动加速度、丰满系数、最小曲率半径等优化的方法来寻求。最后,将该理论应用到105系列柴油机的凸轮设计上,获得了理想的效果。
Based on the movement of the valve train of internal combustion engine, cam profile for high performance engines was developed by employing a poly nominal expression with eight items. The coefficients of 8 items were ascertained with the boundary conditions of the moves of valve and plunger. The exponent of each item was discovered based on the optimizing the diagram factor, minimum radius of the cam curvature, maximum positive and negative accelerations of valve. Finally, the theory was employed to the design of 105 series diesel engine.
