控制金边瑞香试管苗玻璃化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了金边瑞香试管苗在继代增殖培养中玻璃苗的发生及其控制方法。结果表明:(1)在金边瑞香继代增殖培养中,转代材料采用较粗壮试管苗的顶芽可减少玻璃苗的发生;(2)在MS基本培养基中,减去87.5%NH4NO3的量可显著减少茎段腋芽培养中玻璃苗的发生;(3)BA的浓度影响玻璃苗的发生;(4)添加适量活性炭(AC)可使部分玻璃苗回复正常。 The vitrification of shoots and controllable methods on the pripagation subculture of Daphne odora vav. naginata Mak were studied. The results were follows: ( 1 ) The percentage of vitreous shoots have been reduced when adopting the meterials from more thick bud on the pripagation subculture of Daphne odora vav. naginata Mak;(2)The removal of 87.5% NH4NO3 in MS medium reduced the percentage of vitreous shoots greatly in the culture of stem segment with axillary bud ; (3) The concentrations of BA influences the percentage of vitreous shoots; (4)Adding 0.1% -0. 2% AC to the medium makes part of vitreous shoots return to the normal state.
