摘要
以ZL50G型装载机为具体对象,结合三维CAE软件和通用有限元软件,利用两个软件之间的数据接口,建立工作装置三维实体有限元模型,进行结构动态特性与典型工况下瞬态响应分析,由此可发现结构潜在的设计缺陷,为结构优化设计提供科学依据,并大幅度减少解析计算工作量.
By combining the advantages of Pro/Engineer and Finite Elemant Analysis software ANSYS and their data interface, this thesis performs the dynamics performance analysis and transient response analysis of the working device under three typical working conditions. Taking ZLSOG load as the object, the main accomplishments of this thesis are listed.
