Analysis and Apply the Online Evaluation System of Science and Technology

随着科学技术的飞速发展,科技评估已成为现代科技管理的必要手段和决策的重要依据,在现代科技项目管理中发挥越来越重要的作用。针对现行评估过程中存在的不足,采用了更为完善、合理的网上评估系统,并介绍了该系统的评估流程、主要功能模块与推广分析等。经实践验证,借助于网上评估系统进行评估,较目前使用的评估方法更加科学、公正、快捷。

As the science and technology develops, evaluation of science and technology has became the necessary means of modem technology management and important basis of decision - making, it will pay more important role in project management of modem science and technology. Having noticed the defects of the present evaluation,the authors of this paper has set up on improved online evaluation system, and introduced the system of evaluation flow, primary function modules, generalize and analye. Further more,through the online evaluation system on some projects. The authors concluded that method introduced in this paper is more scientific, rapid and accurate in the online evaluation.
