赣江下游源水非挥发性有机物的富集与分析

摘要 为了建立赣江水源水中痕量非挥发性有机物的分析方法,采用大孔树脂GDX-102对赣江下游2个水样的有机物进行富集,再用气相色谱/质谱联用技术进行分析。结果表明,赣江入鄱阳湖口水样中有11种痕量有机物,赣江某市水厂取水口检出14种有机物成分;定量分析显示赣江入鄱阳湖口水样中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量最高,水厂取水口水样中邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯含量最高。实验运用的操作方法简便,定性快速,结果准确,能满足水质分析监测的实际要求。 For establishing analysis method of trace nonvolatile organic matter in source water of Ganjiang River,2 kinds of downstream water sample in Ganjiang River have been enriched using macroporous resin( GDX- 102)and analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrographic (GC -MS)technique. The results showed that there were 11 kinds of organic components in the water sample from Ganjiang Inlet of Poyang Lake and 14 species from the fetching jaws of a water factory of Ganjiang. A very high amount of dibutyl phthalate was detected with the front sample, the highest component of butyl octyl phthalate the later. The present method was very simple, rapid, reliable and automated, which could be applied to analyze other nonvolatile species in various water samples.
