摘要
使用陶瓷型芯是形成航空发动机叶片复杂内腔的唯一手段,结合航空发动机高效气冷叶片叶片的发展,介绍了目前叶片生产中使用的石英玻璃基、氧化铝基、氧化镁基及纳米复合陶瓷4种陶瓷型芯材料制备工艺与性能特点,并对陶瓷型芯技术发展的主要问题进行了讨论。
The application of ceramic core is the only way to get the complex inner cavity of aero engine blades. Linked with the development of high -effective air- cooled aero engine blades, preparation technologies and performance characteristics of four kinds of ceramic core materials of quartz - base, alumina - base, magnesia - base and neon - compound ceramic that are used in present production of blades are described. The primary problems in the development of ceramic core technology are also discussed.
