摘要
借助OLYMPAS-PMG3光学显微和XD-2型X射线衍射仪对45钢热浸镀铝镀层的形貌、厚度和结构进行了分析.结果表明:镀层由表面纯铝层和内部合金层组成,镀层与基体间为冶金结合,合金层的厚度随浸镀时间的延长而增加;镀层组织主要含Fe2Al5相,其次含FeAl3相.
In this paper, the morphorlogy, thickness and microstructure of hot dip aluminum coatings have been analyzed by means of OLYMPAS-PMG3 optical microscope and XD-2 X-ray diffraction. The results show that the coating made of external Al layer and internal alloy layer is strongly bonded with the substrate, the thickness of the alloy layer increases as the dipping time increasing and the coating comprises mostly Fe2 Al5 phase and secondly FeAl3 phase.
