摘要
讨论企业精益生产管理评价指标,用层次分析法确定各项指标权值,并给出关于企业精益生产管理评价的模糊综合评价模型,最后用具体实例说明该模型的应用。
Evaluation indexes of enterprise＇s lean production management are discussed, weight of every index is determined by AHP. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate enterprise＇s lean production management is given and the application of the model is explained with concrete example.
