摘要
针对装配产品的变型设计问题,研究了零部件的参数传递特性和关联规则,提出了纵向传递的参数传递树结构。通过引入装配变量,并组成参数传递链的节点,与参数化技术相结合,实现了一种装配环境下的产品建模和变型设计过程。最后,以剑杆织机变型设计模型为例,阐述了层次性建模、参数关联及参数传递等技术的实现。
Aiming at the issue of assembly variant design, the parameter transfer characteristic and realation formula were researched, and a parameter transfer structure was proposed which only vertical transfers is allowed. The assembly variable was imported into parameter transfer chain as a node of it. Combined with parametric technique, a new product modeling and rariant design process were realised. Finally, taking textile machine as a sample, the stratified modeling, parameter relation and transfer technologies were illuminated.
