摘要
从可靠性分析和可靠性数据采集要求出发,研究了企业设备资产管理系统中设备基础信息结构及设备单元运行状态信息对可靠性数据采集的影响,给出了企业设备资产管理系统中设备单元、功能参数集及其阈值、运行状态之间的关系,提出了利用企业设备资产管理系统进行可靠性数据采集的数据结构和方法,为统一的场外设备系统可靠性数据采集提供了优化的架构。
From the requiring of reliability analysis and reliability data collection, the effects from the basic information structure of equipments and information of the equipment-unit state in an enterprise asset management (EAM) system were investigated. The relationship of equipment units, function and parameters set and their threshold and the state of equipment units were presented. Data structure and approach of reliability data collection based on EAM were described, and a optimum frame for out-fleld reliability data collection was provided.
