基于加速度传感器的转子偏心负载实时定位

摘要 通过分析转子偏心负载下的电机振动规律以及造成电机振动的原因,研究了不同质量的转子偏心负载对电机振动变化所产生的影响,以对电机振动加速度的定量分析为基础,提出了基于加速度传感器的转子偏心负载实时定位方案,解决了电机高速运行中对转子偏心负载实时定位不精确的问题,方案简单、易于实现。实验表明,采用该方案,能实现在较高转速下对转子偏心负载的实时、精确定位。 A new method of real-time rotor eccentric load locating was proposed, which has solved the difficulty of real-tlme locating the rotor eccentric load accurately in high rotor speed, based on analyzing the rule and the cause of motor vibration, researching into the effect on motor vibration changing of eccentric loads with different weight and the quantitative analysis of motor vi- bration acceleration. The proposed method is simple and easy to realize. The experimental results indicate that by introducing such method, accurate real-time rotor eccentric load locating in high rotor speed is practible.
