摘要
介绍了以DSP专用电机芯片TMS320F240为核心的高速无刷直流电动机控制器的设计方法。采用双闭环调速系统对高速无刷直流电动机进行控制,并对硬件及软件结构作了较详细的介绍。实验证明,该系统具备转速平稳、控制性能好、噪音低等诸多优点,已成为无刷直流电机控制的一种发展趋势。
A design method of high-speed brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) control system on digital siginal processor (DSP) motor special chip TMS320F240 was introduced. The double closed-loop speed control system was used to control highspeed brushless direct current motor, hardware and software architecture were also introduced. It is proved that the system has advantages of stationary speed, good control performance and low mtses, and it has become one of devehpment trends of brushless direct current motor control.
