摘要
分析了离心风机紊流次声形成的机制,探讨了利用叶轮网罩整流来抑制紊流次声的原理和方法,推导了离心风机紊流诱发的次声模型.通过对叶轮装网罩后叶轮叶道内气动特性的分析,给出了装网罩后叶轮紊流次声辐射功率、叶片尾缘涡流脱落次声辐射功率及网罩次声降噪量的数学模型,并以某窗式空调器离心风机为例进行了次声测试与理论计算,结果表明,理论与实际是相符的.
The generating mechanism of turbulence infrasound in a centrifugal fan is analyzed. The principle and method of the reduction of trubulence infrasound using net cover fairing of the fan wheel is discussed. A model for turbulence induced infrasound in a centrifugal fan is developed. Based on an analysis of the aerodynamic characteristic in the air channel of the fan wheel with net cover, the models each for the radiating power of the turbulence infrasound of the fan wheel with net cover, for that of the shedding infrasound of the trailing vortex in the fan blade, and for the magnitude of infrasound reduction are developed. Tests have been carried out on a centrifugal fan of a window type air conditioner. Experimental and theoretical results of calculation are found to be in fairly good agreement with each other.
