摘要
用微米级和纳米级两种复合助剂Y2O3-Dy2O3加入氮化铝陶瓷(AlN)中,在1 650℃热压烧结AlN陶瓷;研究其对AlN陶瓷的微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:纳米级添加剂Y2O3-Dy2O3能更好地提高AlN陶瓷的烧结活性,热扩散率也更高。
AIN ceramics doped with micro - additive and nano - additive Y2 O3 - Dy2 O3 were sintered at 1 650 ℃. The properties and microstructure of hot-pressure sintered AIN ceramics were measured and studied in this paper. The results show that AIN ceramics sintered by nano-additive have a better sintering activity and higher thermal diffusibility.
