摘要
为了实现热膨胀的智能化测试,给出了热膨胀测试系统的总体设计方案,构建了热膨胀测试的硬件平台,并利用LabVIEW软件实现温度的控制和对膨胀量的动态测量。测试系统应用了差动式位移传感器(LVDT)、热电偶、数据采集卡、信号调理等器件,使用了虚拟仪器的VISA串口通讯和PID软件包,实现了温度和位移信号的采集、存盘、分析功能,能够满足测试要求,并有良好的测试界面和移植性。
In order to achieve the automatic measurement of the thermal expansion, the main design program of its test system is given, and the hardware platform of the test is created. In addition, thermal control and the real-time testing of thermal signals are realized by Using LabVIEW software. LVDT, thermocouple, data acquisition card and signal conditioning devices are used in the test and measurement system. The system utilizes VISA communication and PID software. It realizes the function of acquisition, storage and analysis in displacement and thermal signals, which satisfies test requirement. The system has a good test interface and can be easily transplanted to other test system.
