针对目前我国同行评议在学术领域里的广泛应用中普遍存在的一些局限性,通过一系列的弥补措施,并比较各种措施的优缺点以及适用情况,结合我国同行评议的特点提出一些有效的对策,如建立意见反馈机制、健全专家库等,从而提高我国同行评议的有效性。

There are a verity of limitations in the application of the peer review in the academic field. According to our country＇s specialty, some countermeasures are put forward and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The measurements such as, feed-back, expert library and so on can improve the effect of our peer review.
