摘要
高校教师绩效管理体系在绩效管理观念、岗位分析、绩效过程、绩效反馈等方面出现很多问题,构建全面有效的高校教师绩效管理体系,对于更好地调动教师的主观能动性,有效加强师资建设,进一步提高办学效益和教育质量,实现学校自身发展的可持续性有着重要意义。通过分析绩效管理思想,正确的考核定位,科学的考核程序等,构建了高校教师绩效管理体系。
There are many problems in different aspects of university performance management system such as performance conception, position analysis, performance process and performance feedback. To better motivate and encourage university teachers, it' s essential to set up an effective system for university teacher performance management. The present status of university performance evaluation system and the main problems are analyzed in this paper. Some ideas are put forward to set up new performance management system for university teachers.
