摘要
华能玉环电厂4×1000MW机组在国内首次采用26.25 MPa/600℃/600℃超超临界参数,汽轮机为筒式高压缸,应用补汽技术和1146mm末级长叶片,锅炉采用单炉膛八角反向双切圆燃烧及内螺纹管垂直上升膜式水冷壁。其1、2号机组在2006年实现双投,运行半年来,性能稳定,机组热效率达45.4%,实际发电煤耗270.6g/(kW·h),居于国际先进水平。文章分析了机组的特点和先进性,介绍了调试与运行的一些经验,可供国内同行参考。
26.25 MPa/600 ℃/600 ℃ ultra-supercritical parameter is adopted in the 4×1 000 MW generating units of Huaneng Yuhuan Power plant first time at home,the steam turbine employs barrel type high pressure cylinder,adopts steam make-up technique and 1 146 mm last stage long blades;the boiler adopts single furnace,8 angle-reverse direction double tangential firing,riffled tube,up flow rising,membrane water wall.NO.1 and NO.2 units were commissioned in 2006,had operated steadily for half year,the heat efficiency of unit reachecl 45.4%,actual gross coal consumption 270.6 g/(kW·h),being of internationally advanced level.This paper analyzes the features of units,briefs the debugging and operation experiences,providing reference for the domestic same trade.
