摘要
介绍了烧失法在线飞灰测碳装置系统的结构、测量原理,该装置解决了采用微波技术的飞灰测碳装置受煤质变化影响较大的问题,同时也可以实现在线飞灰含碳量的监测,可及时进行燃烧优化调整,提高了机组运行的经济性。
The paper briefs the confuguration and measuring principle of burning loss method on-line carbon measuring device of fly ash. This device solves the problem of larger influence of coal grade variation when the microwave technique carbon measuring device of fly ash is used.Meanwhile, the on-line monitoring of carbon content of fly ash may be realized, the optimization adjustment of combustion may be carried out in time, with the operation economics of unit improved.
