摘要
本文论述了一个基于ASP.NET、ADO.NET和SQL Server 2000相结合的高校教师绩效考评系统的设计原理、总体结构及功能实现,有效解决了高校教师绩效考评系统的在线考核参数设置、分项打分、模糊综合考评、在线查询打印等问题,并用DataGrid控件和水晶报表技术来增加数据处理的灵活性。
With combination of ASP.NET、 ADO.NET and SQL Server 2000 technology, the University Teacher＇ s Performance Appraisal System was developed. The paper describes the principle of design, total structure, function and realization of the system, with this it has realized such as design performance appraisal targets, grade in targets,total appraisal in fuzzy,seek and print on line,etc. Crystal reports and datagrid was used in order to increase data handle＇ s agility.
