Design of Simple Transistor Output Characteristics Curve Tracer

提出简易晶体管图示仪的设计方案:以AT89C51单片机系统为核心,利用集成运放、D/A转换器、A/D转换器、数码管等,实现用普通示波器观察NPN晶体管的输出特性曲线,并用数码管等组成的显示电路输出三极管的电流放大系数β。本系统成本低,使用简单、方便,显示图像直观,β值计算准确。

This paper puts forward a design scheme of simple transistor output characteristics curve tracer with the core of AT89C51, uses integrated operational amplifier, digital-to-analog converter, analog-to-digital converter and LEDs etc.. This system can display the output characteristics of NPN transistor by using ordinary oscillograph, show the current amplification coefficient β of transistor with LEDs. This design takes the advantage of low cost, easy-to-use, visual display of image, nicety of β .
