摘要
将矮牵牛Petunia hybrida Vilm的茎段接种在MS附加不同激素的培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导.结果表明:在MS+BA1.0mol·L^-1+NAA1.0mol·L^-1的培养基上可以形成愈伤组织,而且经过继代培养仍可形成愈伤组织;茎段或愈伤组织接种在MS+BA1.0mol·L^-1+NAA0.1mol·L^-1的培养基上可以形成不定芽,且诱导率达100%;健壮的高1.5~2.0cm的不定芽接种在1/2MS+IBA0.5mol·L+AC1.0g·L^-1的培养基上,其生长根状况良好,生根率达100%.
The stem of Petunia hybrida Vilm was cultured on MS supplemented with different combinations of hormones. Results show that MS supplemented with BA 1.0 mg. L^-1 and NAA 1.0 mg . L^-1 is a beneficial medium for callus induction and the callus can be subcultured in the same medium; that adventitious buds can be induced in MS supplemented with BA 1. 0 mol . L^-1 and NAA 0. 1 mol . L^-1 from the stem or callus and the percentage of induction is 100; and that the vigorous adventitious shouts about 1.5-2. 0 cm tall can be cultured in 1/2 MS supplemented with IBA or NAA and their highest rooting (100%) can be obtained in 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.5 mol . L^-1 IBA and 1.0g.L^-1AC 0.1 mg. L^-1.
