摘要
多环芳烃是一类广泛存在于环境中的有机污染物.综合评述了土壤—植物系统中多环芳烃的含量,阐述了多环芳烃污染土壤的植物修复、微生物修复和植物—微生物联合修复的机理及酶与多环芳烃的相关性,提出了今后研究需重视的问题.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） are a kind of organic pollutants existing widely in the environment. The latest research progress concerning PAHs is reviewed in this paper; it includes the distribution of PAHs in plant and soil, the uptake and translocation of PAHs in plant, the degrading microbial flora and the phyto-microbial remedy. The correlativity between soil enzyme and PAHs is introduced and some suggestions for further research are also put forward.
