Jingning She Autonomous County is a famous for the She Nationality, good ecology and corridor bridges. It has the characters of the She local conditions and customs making people into xicated and, beautiful landscape attracting people. The paper analysed the charachers of the tourist resources and exploiting sitaation in Jingning,and discussed the existing problems and some connlermeasures.
