摘要
独立学院的可持续性发展依赖良好的教学质量。良好的教学质量需要有效的教师工作业绩考核模式来支撑。基于独立学院教师工作特点,借助发展性教师评价理论,构建了独立学院教师工作业绩考核模式,并比照理想,对现状存在的问题进行了思考。
The sustainable development in Independence College relies much on good teaching qualities. The good teaching quality needs to be guaranteed by effective assessment of teachers" performance. Based on the teaching features in Independence College, the paper works out an assessment pattern towards its teachers enlightened by the evaluation theory of the teachers" development, and provokes a thought on its existing problems as compared with the ideal pattern.
