摘要
浙江省高校后勤创建学习型组织取得了阶段性成果。高校后勤队伍中外聘员工居多,综合素质不高,已经成为制约建设新型后勤保障体系的瓶颈。深入开展"创争"活动是提高后勤员工队伍整体素质的有效措施,高校后勤创建学习型组织的关键是要着眼后勤改革,建立学习机制,搞好学习保障,营造学习氛围,提高学习效果,养成以学习推动工作,以工作促进学习的良好习惯,使学习成为职工的自觉行为。
The rear service departments in Zhejiang higher education institutions have achieved initial outcomes in establishing learning organizations. Temporary workers without high comprehensive qualities account for the majority of university rear service staff and they have become the barriers of restraining the construction of a new type of logistics guarantee system. The authors consider that it is an effective measure to thoroughly implement competitive activities for the purpose of improving the integrated qualities of university rear service staff. The pivotal contributors to successful establishment of rear service learning organizations are logistics reform, creation of learning mechanism, good learning atmosphere and enhanced learning effects. In addition to these, staff should also be guaranteed to gain access to learning and prompted to form the good habit of learning autonomously, learning for working and working for learning.
