组织速度显像的彩色M型技术估测犬急性心肌缺血面积的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨组织速度显像技术(TVI)对心肌缺血面积的估测作用。方法:11只健康杂种犬行冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)结扎,制作急性心肌缺血模型。在左室心尖二腔心切面,应用TVI的彩色M型曲线技术检测急性缺血心肌分别在前壁和下壁的临界点,以此为界在二维图像上描计出心肌缺血面积与病理缺血面积,并进行比较。结果:心肌缺血面积与病理染色后缺血面积无相关性(r=0.064,P=0.852),测量缺血面积的敏感度和特异度分别20%和17%。结论:TVI的彩色M型技术不适用于对心肌缺血面积进行估测。 Objection: To assess ischemic myocardium area by tissue velocity imaging (TVI). Methods. Eleven dogs were subjected to LAD coronary artery occlusion for acute ischemia. M-mode of TVI defined the cut-off value of ischemic myocardium, and marked in anterior and inferior in 2D images, respectively. Ischemic area was curved and compared with pathologic result. Results: There was no correlation between pathology and TVI ischemic area (r = 0. 064, P =0. 852). TVI ischemic area had 20% sensitivity, and 17% specificity, respectively. Conclusion. TVI is not applicable to assess ischemic myocardium area.
