基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1在肝硬化组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:了解基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在肝硬化组织中的表达和分布状态。方法:采用免疫组化法(S-P)检测52例肝硬化患者肝组织中TIMP-1的表达。结果:52例肝硬化患者肝组织中TIMP-1蛋白表达的阳性率为100%,而正常肝组织未见阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TIMP-1表达的阳性信号均位于肝细胞胞浆中,细胞核中无表达。结论:(1)肝硬化患者肝细胞中存在TIMP-1的表达,其表达强度与肝组织病理改变相关。(2)检测TIMP-1的表达可对肝硬化病变从分子水平进行评估,也可作为早期诊断及临床治疗和判断预后的分子病理学指标。 Objective: To detect the expression of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in liver cirrhosis tissues. Methods: All 52 liver cirrhosis specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P). Results: Proteins of TIMP-1 were detected in all liver tissues from 52 liver cirrhosis patients, all in cytoplasm but not nucleus. Conclusion: TIMP-1 may play an important role in the development of liver cirrhosis, especially TIMP-1 was tightly correlated with clinical pathologic factors.
