微量金属元素对厌氧污泥颗粒化的影响 被引量:4

The effects of trace metals on sludge granulation in dairy manure anaerobic fermentation

摘要 以牛粪为原料的厌氧发酵过程中,向厌氧生物反应器中加入1.0 mg/(L·d)的Fe^(2+),0.15mg/(L·d)的Co^(2+)和0.4mg/(L·d)的Ni^(2+),研究微量金属元素对牛粪厌氧发酵液产气特性和厌氧污泥颗粒化的影响。实验结果表明:添加适量的微量金属元素,能够加快牛粪厌氧发酵液的产气速度,增加产气量。同时,添加微量金属元素Fe^(2+),Co^(2+),Ni^(2+),能够改善产甲烷菌的生长速度和生物活性,促进厌氧污泥的颗粒化。 1.0 mg/(L·d)of Fe^2+,0.15 mg/(L·d)of Co^2+ and 0.4 mg/(L.d)of Ni^2+ were added into the dairy manure anaerobic reactor, respectively. The process of biogas production and the granulation of sludge were studied. The results showed that an appropriate supplement of trace metals to anaerobic system could increase gas-forming rate and biogas production. Meanwhile, the supplement of Fe^2+,Co^2+ and Ni^2+ improved the growth velocity and bioactivity of methanogen and promoted sludge granulation.
