摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养应用于食管癌术后的可行性、安全性和应用价值。方法2007—01~2007—06,我院收治的20例食管癌病人,给予早期肠内营养支持,分析术前、术后体重(BW)、体质指数(BMI)、血浆白蛋白(AJb)、前白蛋白(PreA)、转铁蛋白(TFN)等的差异。结果全部病人均未发生死亡或与手术相关的严重并发症,Alb、PreA、TFN术前与术后第3d、术前与术后第7d、术后第3d与术后第7d比较均(P〈0.05)有显著性差异,其中Alb术后第7d和术前比较(P〉0.05)无显著性差异,BW、BMI术前与术后相比(P〈0.05)有显著性差异。结论食管癌术后早期EN符合生理,安全、可靠,能改善病人营养不良状态,改善手术创伤所致的代谢功能紊乱。
Objectives To evaluate the practicality, safety and value of early postoperative enteral nutrition in esophageal cancer patients. Methods Twenty eases of esophageal cancer patients admissioned from January to June in 2007, early enteral nutrition was offered, to analyze the discrepancy of body weight(BW), body mass index(BMI), plasma albumin (Alb),transferrin(TFN) and prealbumin(PreA) between preoperative and postoperative.Results None of the patients had death after operation or severe complications. Plasma al.bumin(Alb), transferrin(TFN) and preahbumin(PreA) was significantly different among preoperative,3rd operative and 7rd operative( P 〈 0.05),hut plasma albumin was same between preoperative and 7rd operative( P 〉 0.05) .The body weight(BW) and body mass index(BMI) was significantly different between preoperative and postoperative( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Early postoperative enteral nutrition for esophageal cancer patients fit physiological functions, safe and feasible, it has significant benefits for improving the nutritional status and metabolic functional disorder due to operation.
