摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT在诊断骨巨细胞瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析11例经手术及病理证实的骨巨细胞瘤的CT影像表现。将64排CT扫描的原始轴位图像传至ADW工作站,采用容积再现(VR)多平面重建(MPR)技术处理图像。结果VR三维重建对病变的定位和空间关系理解,更直观、立体、准确,MPR对病灶细节显示满意,可以多平面观察骨的密度、形态、大小变化及发现邻近软组织改变。结论多排螺旋CT在诊断骨巨细胞瘤中有重要应用价值,对临床手术方案的选择具有重大的指导意义。
Objective To study the value of 64 - slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods The CT features of 11 patients with giant cell tumor were retrospectively analyzed,the diagnosis was proved by operation and pathology. The primary scaning data of 64 - sice spiral CT were transferred to the ADW workstation so as to re- construct VR and MPR images. Results The VR reconstruction showed the lesion more intuitionally, stereoscopically and accurately, MPR images could correctly demonstrate the details of the lesion, and display the density, shape and size, the surrounding soft tissue of the lesion from various slices. Conclusion 64 - slice Spiral CT is of great value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone and choice of operation program.
